Ingredients

  • 28gs Natural Beauty Collagen Pure
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of nut butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the Natural Beauty Collagen Pure, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumping together.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes and then give it another good stir to prevent clumps from forming.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like consistency.
