Policy

Whilst we're sure you'll love our products, for peace of mind we are happy to accept returns or exchanges for products which are sealed, unused and are in re-saleable condition. Due to food regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase.

Even though great care is taken when packing and shipping your goods if you’re concerned that your product is damaged please contact us so we can assist you further.

To return a product email us at hello@naturalbeauty.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods with photo evidence for verification. If your return is authorised we will send you a 'return of goods' form to complete along with the return address.

Returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of your order along with a copy of your order confirmation & completed returns form.

Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost. We also recommend purchasing tracking for your return shipping via Registered Post to insure your parcel against any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Natural Beauty will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@naturalbeauty.com.au.
