Raspberry Collagen Bliss Balls
These delicious raspberry bliss balls are a great way to lift your energy levels through the day whilst giving your skin an added glow. Ditch the unhealthy snacks and sugar crash for a healthier alternative which will not only keep you going but keep you glowing. They take just minutes to make and you can add pretty much anything to adjust them to your taste. We like to finish them off by rolling in coco powder, shredded coconut and some freeze-dried raspberry powder.
Ingredients
- 63gs Natural Beauty Collagen (we recommend Wild Raspberry)
- 3/4 cup (105g) slightly thawed frozen raspberries
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
- 3/4 cup (60g) Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup (60g) coconut oil
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Coco powder and coconut for dusting
Instructions
- Process raspberries, rolled oats, shredded coconut, coconut oil and sunflower seeds in a food processor until almost smooth and well combined.
- Roll 2-tablespoon portions of the raspberry mixture into balls. Place on a lined tray in the fridge for 1 hour or until set.
- Remove from fridge and roll in coco powder and coconut, place back in fridge.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
