All you need to do is forward a copy of your order confirmation along with the reason you are not happy with the product to hello@naturalbeauty.com.au. From here our customer service team will get in touch and provide you with a Return Authorisation number along with instructions on how to return the product.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of your return order being received and processed. Your refund will be sent via your original method of payment.
Natural Beauty will not cover the cost of shipping as per our terms and conditions below. The customer is responsible for return postage fees. We recommend that you return your product via Registered Post with insurance. The Natural Beauty will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If you return an item that was part of a discounted bundle you will not receive the full price of each individual item. The refund amount will be adjusted according to the price you paid for each item.
Yes. Provided this is your first time trying a new product, you will be eligible for the 30-day guarantee.
Terms and Conditions
If you don't love Natural Beauty as much as we do then we'll happily offer you a full refund on your purchase. This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Our 30-day guarantee is only applicable to your first (1) purchase of each individual Natural Beauty product.
- If you return an item that was part of a discounted bundle you will not receive the full price of each individual item. The refund amount will be adjusted according to the price you paid for each item.
- Our 30-day guarantee is only available to customers in Australia, in relation to purchases made via the Natural Beauty website, naturalbeauty.com.au
- The product must be used according to the directions on the label.
- To be eligible to claim the 30-day guarantee you must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery by emailing hello@naturalbeauty.com.au and providing us with your order number and the reason you are not happy with the product.
- Returns made without a Returns Authorisation number provided by our Customer Service team will not be accepted.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive the funds back on your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded under the 30-day guarantee.
Nothing in our terms attempts to modify or exclude any of your consumer law rights, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
