Whilst we're sure you'll love our products, for peace of mind we are happy to accept returns or exchanges for products which are sealed, unused and are in re-saleable condition. Due to food regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Please click here to see our returns policy.
We offer a variety of payment methods you can select when at the checkout including; Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and AMEX.
If you are having issues processing a card payment on our website we recommend first double checking you are entering all of the card details correctly and making sure the account has sufficient funds for the purchase. You'll be able to enter your voucher code or use a gift card at the checkout when finalizing your order. Just look out for the "Enter Code" box, enter your voucher code or gift card number here and it will be applied to the order. Each voucher can only be used once and only one voucher code can be used per order.
If you are entering your voucher code and it's not working please double check; that you have not used the code before, that you are entering the code in correctly (this is a common mistake to make!) and that the code you are using is still within the validity period (all of our voucher codes expire after a given timeframe). Shipping, Packaging and Returns
Absolutely. Within Australia, we offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Standard shipping is $4.99 and we also offer express shipping for $9.99. For New Zealand customers free shipping is offed over $100 and our standard shipping rate is a $15 flat fee. All international orders have a flat shipping rate of $25 (AUD).
Yes we do. Please click here to go to our shipping page for information on international shipping. Please be aware all customers are responsible for import fees, duty or taxes.
If you are using international shipping then yes you will need to pay these charges if they are applicable for you. Please ensure you check this prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.
Standard shipping within Australia is 3 - 5 business day's but this may be longer for some areas. Shipping to New Zealand usually takes 3 - 8 business days. International shipping is likely to take more than 10 days. If you'd like to get an update on your order just check the tracking number we send you once your order is placed.
Both of these emails are automatically generated and sent to the email address you use when you checkout. The first thing you should do is check your junk and spam folder (if you find our emails are going to these folders make sure you whitelist or trust our email address so this doesn't continue to happen). If you still can't find it it's worth checking any old / alternative email addresses you use in case these were prefilled or used accidentally. As soon as it's available you'll be sent an email which will have your tracking number and link. You can use this to check the progress of the order in transit at any time. Please note that it can take a day or two for the carrier to provide the tracking to us so if you don't get it straight away this is why. As soon as we have it, you will!
If your order was redirected to a post office for collection and you didn't make it in time the order will be sent back to our warehouse. Please reach out to us at hello@naturalbeauty.com.au and we'll resend the order but note this will incur our standard shipping fee.
Our objective is for our packaging to be as sustainable as possible.
Our collagen are made of 100% recycled metal and are recyclable. Tin is one of the few materials which can be endlessly recycled (unlike cardboard and plastics which can only be recycled a few times before they go into landfill).
Our mailer boxes are made from 100% recycled paper and we use an ink which does not affect the recycling process. They are completely recyclable.
Our sachet boxes are plastic free and recyclable
Our individual sachets have a layer of plastic in them which is essential for product safety to create a food safe seal. These can be recycled through recycling centers.
We always recommend where possible you buy sustainably. We provide sachets as an on the go option for those who want it but we do recommend buying one of our collagen tins and then use a reusable sachet or package to take your collagen with you.
If you feel your order is damaged or faulty just email us at hello@naturalbeauty.come.au within 2 weeks of receiving the order. If there is a problem we are happy to issue you a full refund.

Collagen is the most abundant protein found in our bodies and makes up 70% - 80% of our skin. Because of its vital role collagen is what keeps your skin smooth, wrinkle free, hydrated and supple. As your skin nourishes your hair follicle and nailbed healthy collagen is also vitally important in supporting our hair and nails. In addition to your skin, collagen is also used throughout the body in many places including in your bones, cartilage, tendons and vital organs.
Although many of our customers have taken collagen while pregnant or breastfeeding without any issues there is still a lack of clinical trials to 100% guarantee it's safety during these times. In line with health advise we always recommend talking with your doctor before taking any kind of supplement whilst you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Whilst collagen itself and all of the vitamins and minerals we use in our products are safe for children we again recommend speaking to a health professional before taking them as every child has different sensitivities, food tastes and nutritional requirements. They will also be able to advise you on what a correct dose would be as the dosage we provide is for fully grown adults only.
Although we wish it would happen sooner, it does take longer than 'overnight' before you begin to see the difference when taking collagen. Keep in mind that consistency is key to seeing the results. Every body is different but based on our customer feedback we find some customers begin to notice and affect around the 4 week mark and most will start to really notice the difference after 8 or 12 weeks of consistently taking collagen daily.
If you've not taken a collagen supplement before we always recommend starting with only 1 server per day. Natural Beauty Collagen comes in a 7g serve which is double that of most marine collagen products, so you'll get great results from a single dose per day. If you'd like to expedite your results or are experiencing deeper wrinkles, fine hair and brittle nails you can increase the dose to twice per day.
Our collagen source is 100% wild caught marine fish from the Atlantic ocean. It's sourced exclusively through fisheries which are MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified. Because the fish are wild and not farmed they produce a high quality collagen peptide and are completely GMO free.
There are around 28 different types of collagen in the body, 3 of which account for close to 95% of our total.
Type I is the most important because it accounts for 90% of our collagen content. Type I makes up 90% of our skin but it's also found in high concentrations in our bones, tendons, muscle, teeth and connective tissue (which is why it's so common).
Type II forms the connective tissue which is necessary to maintain our cartilage and healthy joints.
Type III is most often found alongside type I, it makes up around 10% of the collagen in your skin and is also found in your organs, blood vessels and your muscles.
When our collagen products are mixed and packaged the powder becomes very aerated and our tins are virtually full. After package and storage the product then settles into the level you see in the tub. This sized cylinder means that we minimize any product wasted when our product is packed. Rest assured that are products are sold by weight and every cylinder has the amount of collagen advertised.
Bioactive or bioavailability refers to how easily your digestive tract can absorb the collagen. It's the size of the amino acid chains which determine the bioavailability as the smaller they are the more easily they can be digested. This is important because the more collagen your body can absorb the more benefit you will see from taking it.
Yes, our collagen is dairy and lactose-free.
Yes, our ingredients are all Halal certified. Some of our products are Kosher, please see the product information where this is listed (if a product is Kosher we will note that it's Kosher Friendly).
Yes, our products are gluten-free.
Collagen can only be derived from animal sources as it's not found in any plants. Vegan collagen products are not collagen but collagen boosters (products which boost your own bodies ability to make collagen).
The average shelf life (provided the product is stored as recommended) is approximately 2 years. You can locate the best before date on the bottom of all of our products, it's found along with the batch number.
Store our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. It's important for all powdered products that you keep the lid sealed to prevent moisture build up inside the tub. If you are having any issues with moisture then keeping the product in the refrigerator will prevent this from happening.

By subscribing to receive our products you'll be automatically sent your order every 24 or 30 days. You get to choose how long between deliveries and for subscribing you'll also receive a discount of up to 20% on you order. Subscriptions can be started at any point by selecting Subscribe on our product page and choosing your preferred delivery schedule.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into our customer portal and selecting "cancel subscription". If you are having difficulty with this just email hello@naturalbeauty.com.au and we'll assist you with the cancelation.
Of course. If you would ever like to change the product on your subscription you can do this from the customer portal at any time. All you need to do is log into our customer portal, head to the subscriptions section and change your product selection.
You can do this by logging in to the customer portal and heading to the subscriptions section where you can update the quantity of your order, delivery schedule, payment and shipping details.
Yes this can easily be done at any time by logging into our customer portal. From here you can manage your subscription date and frequency.
Unfortunately not, you can't add a discount code on top of a subscription discount.
No there is no minimum period and you can swap, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal.
