Shipping policy

Fulfillment

We work as quickly as we can to ship your order but please allow us a maximum of 2 business days to process it. If during peak periods such as Christmas things take a little longer we appreciate your understanding.

Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as they are available to us. If you are concerned about an order which is in transit please check the tracking number before contacting the carrier to follow up. We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you on time so please be patient if there are any delay's.

Signature on delivery is required for all parcels. If no one is available to sign for the parcel you will be left a card with instructions for redelivery or a location you can collect it from.

Australia

All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post.

Free Shipping

Natural Beauty offers free shipping in Australia for all orders over $75 (this is calculated after any discounts are applied).

Standard Shipping

For all orders under $75 a flat rate of $4.99 will apply at checkout.

Express Shipping

Need your Natural Beauty in a hurry? Express shipping on all orders is offered for $9.99. 

New Zealand

All orders within New Zealand will be shipped via NZ Post.

Free Shipping

Natural Beauty offers free shipping to New Zealand for all orders over $100 (this is calculated after any discounts are applied).

Standard Shipping

For all orders under $100 in value a flat rate of $9.99 will apply at checkout.

Express Shipping

Need your Natural Beauty in a hurry? Express shipping on all orders is offered for $14.99.

International

We offer international shipping to the following countries: US, UK, Asia.

All international orders have shipping charged based on location and weight which are automatically calculated during checkout.

International orders may attract local customs taxes, fees or duties on arrival to your country which you will need to pay
These charges are not included in the shipping fee and will not be paid for by Natural Beauty. We cannot advise you of these charges as they are determined by the courier and taxation laws in your country. Please check this prior to ordering as no refunds will be given for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser.

Natural Beauty will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We recommend that you contact your customs office prior to ordering to confirm any import regulations and license restrictions that may apply to the products you are planning to purchase from us.

Value and Product Description

To comply with international laws we state the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. An itemised invoice will be sent along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.

Shipping Times

We do everything to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. Please understand that sometimes there are delays which are outside of our control, especially with international freight.
